We are proud to offer bulk emulsion and packaging plants made by IVP, the biggest Ukrainian provider of blasting services and manufacturer of own equipment tested at the hardest mining conditions since 2004. The ideas of reliable, simple and effective production have been materialized in series of plant designs enabling easy transportation, quick assembly and high production rates.
All plant designs have been tested in field and demonstrated good performance having an annual capacity of 28,000 tons of emulsion matrix. One of the benefits offered by this equipment is the ability to use all of the infrastructure available at the site without significant equipment modifications. The entire production complex is placed inside several twenty and forty feet containers which can be quickly and easily attached to available steam, water and electricity lines. In case these resources are not present at site, the plant can be powered through additional modules containing the needed equipment.
The application of cross linking technology permitted building compact packaging lines avoiding long cooling basins. Cartridges from 32 to 120 mm can be produced on the same line offering wide range of products for surface and underground application.
Another option for specific operations is our compact ANFO plant. It is built inside a 20′ or 40′ container and includes all bins and tanks, electric or hydraulic drives, mixing, weighting, and packing equipment. These plants are easily transportable and can be put into operation within a day.
