MEMUs – Bulk Emulsion Mixing Trucks
We are happy to present IVP’s Bulk Emulsion Mixing Trucks. The bodies with capacities ranging from 10 to 18 tons are fabricated from stainless steel and aluminum alloys and can be equipped with various sets of pumps and drives. This equipment can be mounted on almost any truck chassis depending on the customer’s request.
The whole system is powered by hydraulics and controlled electronically. The system design guarantees safe production and flexibility of operational parameters. This enables quick and easy change in the proportions of mixed ingredients and discharge rate.
Starting from 2010 we offer Straight Emulsion Trucks designed for operations at extremely low temperatures (- 40ºC and lower). These trucks are equipped not only with additional insulation but also with a special heating system preventing all vital parts of the machine from freezing. These machines successfully work in Siberia demonstrating very good performance and reliability during harsh winter seasons.
A two-auger design represents our budget project for a simple and reliable mixing truck suitable for a variety of operations where 50 – 100% emulsion blends are used.
ANFO Trucks
The full list of ANFO models includes both overhead and side-auger trucks with 10 to 18 tons of AN payloads. The overhead discharge auger bodies allow loading blast holes within a 330 degrees radius. The side-auger models have a rotation angle of about 230 degrees. Product delivery rate for both models is up to 450 kg per minute.
